DynaVox Technologies Accessories Request Form

If you have a DynaVox 3100, DynaMyte 3100, Series 4 (DV4/MT4), or V/Vmax you can order replacement accessories with the convenience of this online form.

For the DynaMyte 3100 the following replacement accessories are available: legs, strap, screen cover, or card cover.

For the DynaVox 3100 you can request a replacement strap or card cover only. 

For the DV4 you can request a replacement strap or new leg.

For the MT4 you can request a replacement strap or new leg.

For the V/Vmax you can request replacement leg hips.

DynaVox Technologies currently provides this as a free service for our existing customers, but reserves the right at any time to discontinue providing this service. 

Accessories will not be provided without a serial number and complete contact information.
